Zofia Anna Photography

Hi, I’m Zosia and thank you for stopping by!

I didn’t start photography in a studio — I started while traveling, photographing people and places that caught my attention. My first paid job? Door knobs in Dublin (yes, really).

Before photography, I was a German teacher and translator. I’ve also run a guesthouse in Mexico. So yeah… my path here wasn’t exactly straight.

Now I live just outside Cleveland with my husband, our son, and our dog. Becoming a mom changed how I see photos completely — it made me realize how quickly the small, ordinary moments become the ones you want to hold onto.

That’s what I care about when I photograph people.

I’m not about stiff poses or forcing anything that doesn’t feel like you. I’ll guide you when you need it, but mostly I’m paying attention—to how you move, interact, and relax into the moment. That’s where the good stuff is.

If being in front of a camera feels awkward, you’re not alone. Most people feel that way. My job is to make it feel easy (and maybe even fun).

At the end of the day, it’s not just about how things look—it’s about how they felt.

If that sounds like your kind of session, we’ll get along just fine.
