Little Legends Mini Sessions is our pop-up portrait event offering studio-quality black & white images that capture each child’s natural personality. This experience is ideal for preschools, kids’ gyms, yoga studios, and other family-centered spaces.

How It Works
We bring everything needed for the portraits — lighting, backdrop, and camera gear — and set up in a small space at your location. Parents sign up and pay directly through our website. Each session is quick, relaxed, and focused on capturing the child’s real personality.

What We Ask from You:
- A small indoor space (approx. 8×8 ft)
- A place to display a poster and flyers before photo day
- Willingness to share the event with your community via email, newsletter, or social media
What We Provide:
- A photographer with full lighting and backdrop setup
- Booking, payment, and client communication managed entirely by us
- Promo materials to share with your families (social media graphics, email copy, QR code flyer)
Promotion Phase: One Month Ahead
About one month before the planned event day, we announce the pop-up photo sessions and begin promoting them to our audience through email and social media. We kindly ask our partner to share the event with their community via social media and, if possible, their email list. This is a great opportunity for cross promotion, helping both businesses reach new local families. At this time, online booking opens so parents can reserve and pay directly through our website.
Event Duration
Each kiddo’s mini session lasts about 5-10 minutes. That means we’ll need about 1 hour for every 6 children photographed, plus 1 hour for setup and 1 hour for cleanup. So, if we schedule 18 children, we’ll be in your space for approximately 5 hours total.
