Boutique Product Choices
In addition to traditional prints, we offer boutique product options such as prints on archival quality paper with deep matte finish, canvas gallery wraps and digital images for future printing and archiving. These choices allow families to personalize their portrait experience and create lasting keepsakes.
What we need from the School
We kindly request from the school classroom rosters and any information that may be relevant. If your school has a mass email system for parent announcements, we would appreciate the opportunity to utilize it distribute the Picture Day Parents’ Guide and to remind and encourage participation in our service.
Fundraiser
We are happy to provide your school with 10% of our net profits. Please allow up to 6 weeks after product delivery to receive this gift.
Online Ordering
As a fully online operation, we provide families with access to password-protected online ordering galleries. Each child will have 2-5 images available in both color and black and white. Families have the freedom to choose the photos they want printed, empowering them with selection flexibility.
Parent Participation Optional
We photograph every child on campus and upload their pictures to an online gallery. Parents can view the photos and select which ones they want printed, or choose not to purchase portraits at all. We respect and honor personal choices.
Payment Process
Our streamlined online payment process ensures convenience for your school and families. Proofs will be accessible through a secure online link, and orders as well as payments will be processed digitally. No need for printed proofs, order forms or handling money.
Timeline
After the photo shoot, expect online proofs to be released within 2-3 weeks. The order deadline will be set for one week after proof release. Once orders are received, products will arrive within another 2-3 weeks. See our detailed timeline.

Print Delivery
During the online ordering process parents can choose between two convenient delivery methods. We are pleased to personally deliver products to your school for the parents to pick up. Alternatively, parents can opt for direct shipping, available for an additional fee.
Parent Communication
We provide a detailed Photo Day Guide (pdf) and website section outlining essential ordering information. We promptly handle any remaining inquiries from parents, leaving the school free to focus on other important matters.
